Took for ever to look at my car and then they couldn't even fix my leak. Waited all day just for an oil change. But they were nice and they dropped me off at my house.

Dropped vehicle off for serice, engine woudn't start. Service manager was extremely rude and unwelcoming. When we to go pick up the vehicle my wife had to pick up the vehicle her self from the serivce lot. No one would get the vehicle for her. Once again the service manager was extremely rude and unwelcoming.

I’d like to sincerely apologize for myself and/or any of our staff for coming across as rude, certainly not the image we at Kenneth’s Car Care wish to present. Again, please accept my sincerest apology and…..if your truck ever does act up please feel free to call me directly and I will do everything I can to pinpoint the cause.
