Waited for 20 minutes and had other places to be so I left waiting on them. I'll take my business to a mom and pop shop that will greet you and actually give me a quote right away.
Danny, we are sorry that we were busy to the point that you feel like you were ignored. We happened to have a lot of customers in our office at once when you were with us, so it's a shame you left without a quote. We try to spend quality time with each individual customer but as a result sometimes there is a longer wait.
