One again you guys have done it, and you’ve done it well. I’ve been coming to Kenneth’s for 7-8 yrs. They’ve worked on three of my vehicles. We recently brought my wife’s Mini Cooper to have the brakes looked at. Every time I take this car to the shop, I cringe. Since it’s a BMW product, and repairs can be costly. When we showed up I immediately noticed some subtle changes. The first was, even with a mask. I could tell that there was a smiling face from the customer service rep. She was very courteous and welcoming. She made sure that all of our needs were met. She offered us refreshments for us to take with us. It was also a pleasure to meet Grayson. As soon as he saw us drive up, he made it a point to come inside to great us. He was very attentive, and professional. He made us feel totally at ease leaving my wife’s car. Later that afternoon he called back to advise me of their finding and to my surprise it was a reasonable estimate. He assured me that the repairs would be done right away and he would call me when they were done. That evening he left me a message that all was completed and the car was to washed, prepped and ready for us to pick up. We arrived the next day to the same smiling faces. Grayson retrieved my wife’s car and noticed an unusual noise coming from the brakes. He was adamant for this to be checked prior to us leaving. He relayed the information to Jared who has always been a favorite of mine and these two professionals made sure that my wife left with a safe and reliable breaking system. I have to say that in all of my years dealing with auto mechanical work shops these guys have not only hit the ball out of the park. They hit it out of the stratosphere. HIGHLY Recommend Kenneth's. Brought my 2017 F-250 in because the dealership was unwilling to fight the extended warranty company for me for some suspension issues which caused horrible issues in the truck's handling. Grayson went above and beyond to get my truck claim handled and the truck taken care of. Can't say enough about the mechanic, Michael, who after installing one part, tested others and found they were other parts which were faulty as well. Now I'm back to driving a truck driving and having confidence in driving it like it was when it was brand new.

I've gone to this mechanic several times now and every time they are honest, quick, and have great prices. It's a relief to have a reliable mechanic who isn't trying to overcharge. As long as they are in business, I will be taking my car to them. Thank you!

A deer ran in front of our vehicle and caused $5K in damage. We had the car towed to Kenneth's and they did a great job. Car looked new; Jim kept us updated on progress and car was ready when promised. While I hope to never need their service again, I will definitely use them for future collision repair.

Great people and great work! I wouldn’t sure if I should give them 5 stars because the car wasn’t done in the time frame they told us. However, this was around Christmas and New Years, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt! The car looks like new again! Thanks guys and gals!

They arranged a car show for the kids of memorial herman , and was very well arranged and the cause was excellent. For future a lil more publicity and with more of reaction time,it can bring way more people and way more successful. Keep it up ... great cause and good people indeed.

Absolutely fantastic experience every time I have had my vehicles brought in here for repairs or service. The staff is fantastic, friendly, and always helpful. I don't intend on taking my cars anywhere else!
