I've used Kenneth's two times now and I've had a great experience both times. They are very nice and professional on the phone, they charged a very reasonable price to diagnose an issue with our car, and when the work was done the receipt/print-out they gave me had detailed notes on it from the technician stating exactly what they worked on. Overall I felt the transparency and professionalism were top notch and deserves a 5 star review. Since they also do body work, inspections, etc, I'm sure I'll keep using them for every car issue we have. Services: Engine repair, Tuning

Went Above & Beyond. Posted before and after pictures. Employees were friendly and understanding. Jim took care of everything and worked with State Farm. When picking up my car, I dealt with Tim who was also really nice and helpful. Not only did they do a great job, they also vacuumed out the inside of my car, washed it, and shined all 4 tires. Thanks and would definitely visit again if needed.

One again you guys have done it, and you’ve done it well. I’ve been coming to Kenneth’s for 7-8 yrs. They’ve worked on three of my vehicles. We recently brought my wife’s Mini Cooper to have the brakes looked at. Every time I take this car to the shop, I cringe. Since it’s a BMW product, and repairs can be costly. When we showed up I immediately noticed some subtle changes. The first was, even with a mask. I could tell that there was a smiling face from the customer service rep. She was very courteous and welcoming. She made sure that all of our needs were met. She offered us refreshments for us to take with us. It was also a pleasure to meet Grayson. As soon as he saw us drive up, he made it a point to come inside to great us. He was very attentive, and professional. He made us feel totally at ease leaving my wife’s car. Later that afternoon he called back to advise me of their finding and to my surprise it was a reasonable estimate. He assured me that the repairs would be done right away and he would call me when they were done. That evening he left me a message that all was completed and the car was to washed, prepped and ready for us to pick up. We arrived the next day to the same smiling faces. Grayson retrieved my wife’s car and noticed an unusual noise coming from the brakes. He was adamant for this to be checked prior to us leaving. He relayed the information to Jared who has always been a favorite of mine and these two professionals made sure that my wife left with a safe and reliable breaking system. I have to say that in all of my years dealing with auto mechanical work shops these guys have not only hit the ball out of the park. They hit it out of the stratosphere. Took my wife's 2013 Volvo XC90 for a brake service. Mike went above and beyond to make certain it was done right and can't say enough about the high ethical standards. Long story short, they have a lifelong customer and even though I've moved out of the immediate area (10 miles away) I'll be heading back to Kingwood anytime I need to have repairs.

We have used Kenneth's several times and have always been extremely happy! Always friendly and courteous and do great work! Bryan is the best! Would highly recommend!
