Thank God for Kenneth’s car care!. Due to a parts issue and what felt like absent customer service from my initial CSR, I was transferred to Chris Brown. And he saved the day! As a new customer I really appreciated Mr. Brown’s customer service and extensive knowledge. Also, the manager (young happy man with red hair), was very respectful and kind! I really appreciated his help with my rental. I’ll now use Kenneth’s for all my needs. Will return. Side Notes:1.They are very busy. 2. They do care about their customers. Example: a man waiting to pick up his fixed car left unhelped after about a 20 min wait. Once the staff found out, the owner (man with spiked hair and glasses) and service managers (the happy red haired man and another young man with brown hair) seemed frantically upset. I heard the owner say something like “Aw man, this is not good. We should personally deliver their fixed car to his home. Why didn’t we help them sooner.” I think he then walked out, looking for them. The other managers pulled aside one of the CSRs to rightfully ask why’d she let them leave without helping. *It was nice to see managers who really care and will actively attempt to rectify the situation.
Thank you Ms Murphy for this detailed post. As you can see sometimes we are human and make mistakes but when we do you can see we will live up to what we say we are going to do! We hold our people accountable and if they can’t deliver a high level of empathy and customer service than Kenneth’s Car Care is not the right place for them. Again we appreciate your patronage and look forward to seeing you next time!!!
