Overview

Worn suspension makes the rest of the car work harder. Tires wear unevenly, brakes work overtime, alignment will not hold, and the ride gets sloppy. The fix is usually straightforward — the trick is knowing which part is actually causing the issue.

We diagnose first, replace what is worn, and align it afterward so everything sits the way the manufacturer intended.

faq

How do I know if my struts are bad?

The old test still works — push down on a fender and count the bounces. More than twice means the strut is shot. Cupped tire wear and nose-dive under braking are other tells.

Do I need an alignment after suspension work?

Almost always, yes. Any part that affects geometry changes alignment, so we include it in the quote when it is needed.

Can you do lift kits?

Yes — install plus the alignment after. Lifted trucks need spec-correct alignment more than stock ones, and we do this weekly.

What is a control arm bushing?

The rubber-and-metal connector between the suspension and the frame. When it wears, alignment will not hold and steering gets vague. Common wear item, especially on trucks.

OEM versus aftermarket parts?

Daily driver: OEM or quality equivalent. Heavy hauler or off-road rig: upgraded aftermarket often makes sense. We talk through it.

From real customers

What folks say

Brought in my 2022 F-150 worried an alignment issue might be a tie rod or struts. They did a quick check within the guarantee period, inspected the whole truck, and confirmed it was safe to drive — honoring the warranted alignment. Known as one of the best in this area.

As a first-time customer I found the staff friendly and knowledgeable, with great value compared to other local shops. Special shout-out to service advisor Chris Brown — I have since brought all three of my Toyotas in with great results.
