Very disappointed in this place. They have had my car for almost a month with no updates. I've had to call every day to see what was going on and get either no answers, or "a call back" which never happens. Save your time and $$$ and go elsewhere.

The most important thing I can say about these guys is that I trust them.. They do a great job. My dog seems to like them too.

After a minor collision, I took my 2018 Honda CRV to Kenneth’s for repair. The personnel were unfailingly kind, supportive, and professional. The repairs were expertly done. My only caveat was that after a promised return date, there were at least two delays. My calls requesting updates were returned, and I was informed of the status of the repairs. I would award the shop 4.5 stars and recommend it to anyone. Services: Body & Trim, Electrical

2021 update on my old truck that needed an Oil Change. Great service as expected from Kenneth's . A family member had used a fast oil change place and they over filled the engine and this caused problems as the crankshaft was hitting the oil and foaming it up and then the oil went into the crankcase vacuum system. Check Engine Light and a few hundred dollars in repairs. Quality work is hard to find so go with proven service providers like Kenneth's !! 2019 Review I have a used 2014 truck that I had bought that had a vibration at speeds above 72 mph. The tires had been balanced twice before without any change. They called to let me know that they had Load balanced them and found one tire that was badly out of balance. Well they fixed my problem with vibration at speed. I also had them do other maintenance that was needed for a truck with over 125,000 miles. This is an honest car repair shop as they could have told me bearing were bad or other much more expensive solutions and I would have believed them as the tires had been balanced twice before ? So the other shops didn't Load balance the tires. Maybe because they didn't have the equipment to or did nothing and just charged me for doing it ? I now send others to Kenneth's when they need service. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tyres
