On April 8th, 2020 I was involved in a collision. April 9th my Jeep was delivered to Kenneth’s Car Care at 4pm after I spoke with Jim Farrar earlier that day. They wasted no time assessing the damages and kept me in the loop every step of the way! Not only was I updated on possible completion times via their automated SMS updates, but he contacted me on a regular bases to let me know their progress and any speed bumps they might have hit. I was very please with how smooth everything went from start to finish and if I ever find myself in another situation like this, I will be taking it back to them. Above and beyond! Thank you!
