Never had service done here. But... they were very polite and in detail explaining everything that woukd happen if I brought it in.

Took for ever to look at my car and then they couldn't even fix my leak. Waited all day just for an oil change. But they were nice and they dropped me off at my house.

Dropped vehicle off for serice, engine woudn't start. Service manager was extremely rude and unwelcoming. When we to go pick up the vehicle my wife had to pick up the vehicle her self from the serivce lot. No one would get the vehicle for her. Once again the service manager was extremely rude and unwelcoming.

I’d like to sincerely apologize for myself and/or any of our staff for coming across as rude, certainly not the image we at Kenneth’s Car Care wish to present. Again, please accept my sincerest apology and…..if your truck ever does act up please feel free to call me directly and I will do everything I can to pinpoint the cause. Found this place thru AAA, excellent work done on my 2000 dodge stratus, would highly recommend. Great service and timely updates.

These guys truely are the best. I was in an accident and my truck was taken to their shop for repair. Truck was totaled instead and Craig helped me take some items off my truck and assisted me every step of the way. Even though they didnt get to repair my vehicle. Thanks Craig. Outstanding customer service like the good old days.

Have come here several times with multiple vehicles from 1987 Chevy crew cab up to 2011 Chevy Silverado. They are not robots they are human and make mistakes, however they correct they're mistakes and don't ask the customer for a dime more because of it. Please don't misunderstand the mistakes don't happen often I'm only stating this to show they are willing to do what's right and not give up. They stand behind their work. You don't find this too often.

I came to them after sliding on the ice last week. They first gave me a quote to start at 200$ then after ordering the wrong part and not letting me know and going two days with no knowledge that my car was not being worked on. I had to call them to check my car status they blamed an outsource company and 45 minutes later the correct part was at the shop. When I stressed this was my only vehicle and I have three children he stated he would work.on the car... then called me with a outrageous quote of almost two thousand dollars. I have no choice but to Fix it. I call Gary in Wednesday he says the parts are here and he will have it ready Thursday afternoon. Thursday at four pm. I call a guy named Mike States they just got the parts an hour ago and will start on it but can not tell me when the car will be ready. At this point I have utilized all free rides and now am taking an uber to Livingston for work at six am. My son missed a very important doctor visit and all my extra money has gone towards ride. I will never go.back again.great news!!! I took an Huber safely to Livingston to receive a call 21 minutes after the company opened that my car was ready to pick up..... That is the craziest thing.
