Took my high end SUV to Kenneth's following a front end collision for estimate, where I dealt with Jim Farrar (body shop manager). Can't say enough good things about how I was treated and the outstanding job Jim and his people did. An experienced appraiser at a dealer later inspected the vehicle and, without knowing who had done the work, spontaneously said whoever did the repair clearly knew what he was doing and had done an exceptionally good job. I found Jim to be honest, straightforward, and concerned most with doing a high quality job to meet my expectations.
