Update from my previous review regarding a body shop manager threatening & lying to customers. Grayson met upset customers the next morning, took responsibility & apologized for his employees actions & did the right thing to please the customers. Grayson handled with professionalism & class. Along with Luke, turned a bad situation into a positive outcome, satisfied customers Thank you Grayson & Luke.
