10/10 I recommend bringing your car here for repairs! Mike and Luke are both amazing! They have been and still are helping me navigate through an exhausting insurance claim (which is not their job) but they’ve been graciously going above and beyond to help me as their customer. I am so grateful

Once again Kenneth’s did an excellent job restoring my vehicle after a rear end collision. For over 10 years we have been coming here to get my cars looked after and they do not fail to deliver or service and quality. It’s nice to know you can rely on an honest shop that does great work. Cheers!

In late March on a trip back from Louisiana our car got pummeled by stones coming from a big rig, and Kenneth Car Care was my first choice for the insurance repairs based on good reviews and being in network with State Farm. I could not be happier with my decision to choose Kenneth’s Car Care to take my car for repairs. Luke took care of my wife and I from the start to finish, he kept us updated throughout the process both regarding the insurance claim and the repairs and timing. Once repairs were complete I must say they did great work and the car looked like new again. Luke and the team were/are just fantastic, and make us feel like part of the family. We now have a collision and service shop we can trust, that are honest and do outstanding work. I will be going to Kenneth Car Care in the future for both. Thank you so much to your whole team and Luke in particular for taking awesome care of us!

We have lived in Kingwood since 2012. Kenneths Car care was recommended by our neighbors. So for approximately 12 years our family has trusted Kenneths with the repair and maintenance for all of our vehicles. Additionally, I’d like to add that as a husband and father I know that my girls can take their vehicles to Kenneths without fear of being taken advantage.

I highly recommend the shop, been coming here for the past 8 years. The services are trustworthy and excellent parts. They won’t do the service w/o sending an estimate and it gives options of payments on projects.

Kenneth’s comes highly recommended by pretty much everyone i know and now me! My car was damaged driving through the recent flood and needed a whole new engine. I’m just freshly 18 so this is my first vehicle that is all mine and my first time dealing with insurance and body shops by myself so i was scared, but they made it so easy on my end and were so wonderful to me. Bree is amazing! She had wonderful communication and always let me know what was going on every step of the way, explaining everything to me, answering all my questions, and even put up with my calling almost every day eager to get my car back. She was so sweet and even chatted with me like we’ve know each other forever and made the situation much less stressful on me. They finished my repairs very quickly and even washed my car for me free of charge which i am very grateful for because it was much needed! I will always recommend Kenneth’s to everyone i know and am so glad i found a reliable shop with such kind people who don’t try to take advantage of your lack of knowledge. Update: Excellent customer service! One thing I did not mention in my initial review is that my family and I have been customers, if I remember correctly, since 1999/2000, LONG time! After I posted the review below, I received a call from Grayson. This is the message he left… “I wanted to follow up because I saw the notification come through on your review and I looked into it a little bit and you're 100% right we have different oil change packages that start and on those packages they're supposed to be discounted to certain price ranges even though our oil is more more expensive we try to bring that cost down and for some reason your oil change package was not discounted like it should've been so you are 100% right it should not have been the cost of what it was so I wanted to make things right and thank you for bringing it up because I need to look into wire system is not putting our package prices on there but I also wanna make sure I give you a refund for the difference.” I was able to talk with him yesterday, 5/28, to follow up. We discussed the refund amount. We hung up and then I received a text from him. “Leslie, I went ahead and refunded the full amount as an apology. Let me know if there is anything else I can do! I am so appreciative of following up, explaining the situation, importance of their customers, communication, and making things right between customer and company. Thank you! Good customer service overall. Price of services have greatly increased. I used to pay $75/$80 for an oil change before ownership changed. I paid $130 for an oil change on a Toyota Camry. They also provided a list of recommended services to be done. The charge for each recommended service was in my opinion way overpriced!

I had my vehicle Checked out here and they were quick and efficient! I love the kind customer service they provide. If you haven’t been here before I highly recommend!
