Bryan,
I wanted to follow up
with you about my 2003 Chevrolet Suburban
that you repaired on behalf of Nationwide
Insurance. I've found that most of the time
in life we don't hear about it when we do a
timely, great job, so I wanted to let you
know.
We took our Suburban to
Kenneth's on Monday, June 21st, and although
it was projected to take 8 days to repair,
you had the car ready for me by Friday
afternoon, June 25th.
Last week you called to
check on the job that your crew had done on
our Suburban, but I was unable to get back
with you because I had taken off from work
for a few days due to an emergency we
experienced with one of our beloved horses
who foundered over the previous weekend, a
life-threatening illness. If you had not
completed your work ahead of time which made
our vehicle available for the weekend when
the horse foundered, we wouldn't have had
our Suburban on hand to pull a horse trailer
and get our horse to the veterinary hospital
on an emergency basis, and he could easily
have died.
So on behalf of both my
wife and me, we thank you from the bottom of
our hearts for your diligent efforts and
timeliness which may very well have saved
our horse's life.

SUBJECT: Letter
of Appreciation
After moving to
Kingwood 10 years ago, I asked where I could
find the best auto repair business around.
The most common referral was Kenneth's Car
Care, where I soon became a regular loyal
customer. As a pilot, I tend to be picky
about my car's maintenance, while continuing
to drive cars from 10 to 14 years of age. As
I told Mike, not having a couple car
payments has enabled me to help with kids in
college. At times, when I thought my cars
were in need of certain work, I've trusted
Mike's opinion as to whether or not it was
necessary.
It's refreshing to
find a business today, that's operated with
the philosophy of those I remember from my
parents generation, where the satisfaction
of the customer, is as important as the
service provided. It's all too common today,
to find businesses that just don't show the
same concern about meeting or exceeding
their customer's expectations, or whether or
not you even return as a customer. The
follow up calls from Ken's reinforce their
desire to keep you happy, and keep you
coming back. Though most of my interactions
have been with Mike, Krystal, Debra, Craig
and Brian, I know there are many more
professionals to be thanked for the years of
great reliable service. As in a visit to
Cheers, it's nice to do business where
everybody knows your name. I only hope, as I
make a big move back to my roots in the
Northeast after many years away, that I'm
able to find another shop that will strive
to take as good care of me and my family's
cars, as I've grown accustomed to at Ken's
-I know that's a pretty big expectation.
My special thanks
to Mike and everyone at Ken's for earning my
trust, and maintaining my cars and my
satisfaction as a customer over the past
decade. Keep up the good work, I'll miss
doing business with you all.

Mr. Majeski,
On November 5th ,
2008, I had my vehicle towed to you facility
for repair and I was assisted by Mr. Craig
Alan McLain. From the point of discussing
the event to the finished repair, I could
have not been more pleased with the quality
of work, the extensive knowledge that Mr.
McLain had for the industry as well as how
he worked with my Insurance company.
Although my
vehicle had considerable damage, Mr. McLain
and his team were able make the repairs and
have it back to me in five days. It is
important to understand that all I had to do
was report the accident to my insurance
company -Mr. McLain did the rest. He gave me
a ride back to my home, worked closely with
my insurance agency to make sure they paid
for repairing all the damages, cleaned and
polished my vehicle and delivered it to my
home. My 2006 Mercury Mountaineer looked
like it rolled off of the showroom floor!
Thanks to your
outstanding team, I would, without
reservation, recommend Kenneth's Car Care
Center to anyone with car care needs.
